Job description
Managing Recruitment Understanding client requirements and organization with regard to their existing business activities. Sourcing resumes using various job portals, finding candidates as per the requirement through available resources. Screening the profiles, Conducting a telephonic interview. Evaluating candidates based on their communication, experience, technical skills, attitude, etc. Shortlist candidates and recommend them to the clients. Generating and maintaining the database for future requirements. Lining up the candidates.
