ResponsibilitiesAssist with the daily accounting, monthly close and preparation of annual financial statements while ensuring compliance with Indian GAAP.Provide all the audit documents for carrying out the statutory audits.Prepare refund application as per service tax rules and regulations.Prepare monthly computation of TDS, service tax, stamp duty and assist in annual tax filings.Manage direct and indirect taxes tax assessment and tax litigation and interface with tax consultant
