1. Take regular order summary of stock and place order immediately before stock out. Responsible for increasing sales volume and achieve weekly targets. Maintain customer database and ensure registration of new customers on a daily basis. Assist guests and customers in selection of various brands of wines and beer and abreast them of new launch, collections and offers.Ensure faster Billing checkouts and reduce customer wait times.Timely update Management on service and repair issues w.r.t. electronics and electricals, furniture and fixtures, and any other defaults within the premises.Capable and fit enough to stretch working hours until the closure for the day.
