This role includes the following: 1. Managing vendor for address, education, database and criminal verification of candidates 2. Allocate, follow up and close cases through vendor as per turnaround time and with 100% quality 3. Follow company processes and quality standards 4. Maintain trackers and MIS related to vendors 5. Vendor billing validation 6. Continuously find and close new vendors thereby reducing TAT and creating backup vendors 7. Ensure work is carried on smoothly without any hassles. Requires: Good negtiator Excellent convincing power MS Excel advanced skills Internet research savvy Can create and build networks
