Job description

Target Achievement (Sales) Responsible for overall Brand Revenue of the centre (Test prep/Admissions/ELT/Online/ Others). Execute target achievement plan for all products. Responsible for sales funnel management by ensuring tracking of all Leads & maximizing conversion percentages by efficient team management and channel utilization. Support the marketing team in execution of activities that will generate leads to the centre. Build and maintain rapport with school counsellors and TPO of colleges. Be available for customer house calls, online calls and second level counselling in support of omnichannel customer experience and support the sales team with Closures.
