· Moving out in the field to canvass business. · Explaining the different products & benefits of NBFC to prospective clients. · Initial screening of the customer & collection of documents. · Coordinating betweenclient & branch office. · Ensuring timely recovery of loan installments. · Portfolio monitoring & maintaining quality of portfolio. · Cross selling of products as applicable. · Achieving the given targets in a timely manner. · Collecting market information from time to time.
