Building and executing social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification. 3. Create and implement Social Media Marketing campaigns & Social Media Optimization (SMO). 4. Quick response to client queries and requests from different platform. 5. Ability to capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices. 6. Should be able to communication offers and deal to customers on calls and mails. 7. Language Hindi & English Both
