1. Primary Responsibilities a) Customer Feedback 1. Collects customer feedback 2. Plans corrective action with CRM b) In Moment Survey Complaint Registration 1. Register customer complaints based on low rating (1/2) in in-moment survey c) Customer Complaint Management 1. One point of contact for customer complaints by receiving customer complaints through phone/web/email 2. Ensure resolution of customer complaints
