Job Description: Tasks will be as following: - ProvidingCustomersupportto clients and handling complaints on the tickets raised via company's online portal; - Answering email messages and reply promptly based onservicequality indicators; - Answering questions in online instant messengers. Requirements: - Very good English speaking skills accent/pronunciation; - Experience inCustomerSupport/Call Centers; - Graduation; - Good knowledge of computers and software’s like MS-Office; Only female candidates English, Hindi and Marathi language is required Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Andheri E, Mumbai
