Customer Service Executive Qualification & Experience: Any Graduate - 1-3 years experienced can apply. Roles & Responsibilities: Handle and respond to customers requests via call to ensure prompt resolutions of the queries resulting in complete satisfaction & acceptance Efficiently gather complete information to fulfill customer needs Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers to resolve questions and issues Generic & Behavioral Skills: Communicate clearly and professionally (verbally and in writing) Should be proficient with computers Should have strong decision making and analytical abilities
