Job description

UK Voice Process – It is Train ticketing process where in agent needs to provide customer service to the UK customers. It is mix of customer service and sales. The process is UK shifts, window: 12:30 pm – 1st shift and last shift – 6:30 pm. Cab facility is provided. 5 days working, 2 weekly offs, rotational and split offs. Qualification Graduates/Undergraduates. Candidate should have Excellent communication skills Candidate should be flexible/Willing to work in UK shifts/ Rotational Shifts. Two way Transport provided. 5 days working, 2 weekly offs, (rotational/split offs). Rotational Shifts Interview Rounds: JAM/HR – Voice screening – Operations Package – 1.94 LPA (12.5 K PM) + Incentives
