- INR 8000 pm for just morning delivery- 1000 extra if doing longer routes.- Company bike and petrol, they only need to drive.- Rs 100 per customer which they make- 500 referral bonus- Cash monthly awards for" Employee of the month"- yearly bonus to those performing well
