-To visit differnet company plants  and offices for attending  complaints related to on line  UPS, Invertor , Batteries etc -On site resolution  of complaint  if possible  - Satisfactory and on time  solution  of the above complaints -Good relation  with customers - Ask for  new  demandof  any  new UPS or invertors with  customer           -
