Job description

To make Out bound Calls from new leads / Database assigned by the Team. Fixing appointments, Follow-up & Interaction with customers, Handling customer enquiries about Insurance Understand the Profile of the customer and requirements and facilitate Insurance for their needs Need to maintain regular follow up with the existing customers to build sales volume. To manage all documentation requirements of customers to complete the policy. Potential to develop cross selling activities on Insurance. To act as a Team Player to accomplish individual and Team Targets. Deal with Clients Queries.
