Job description

Your Regular Day at DailyNinja Organising sales visit. Onboarding new vendors and training them about the application. Manage and grow long term relationships with the vendors, identify opportunities and take initiatives to grow the business of your accounts. Manage end-to-end client relationship with the vendors including pitching, negotiation, customer onboarding, escalations & payment collection. Increase Vendor and Customer satisfaction by solving the problems faced by them on real time. Have active customers/ users. (Active – Live online payments). Meet your vendors and train them on the app feature weekly once.
