Responsibilities: Participate in the training and marketing sessions to improve the tutoring methods and increase the student base. Contact your network to gather more students. Schedule tutoring appointments with students and parents. Organise tutoring environment to promote productivity and learning. Provide feedback to students and parents using positive reinforcements. Prepare the learning plans and modules according to the students pace.Maintain student's records in regards to his/her performance, assessment results etc ensuring confidentiality of these records.Provide personal attention to students and guide them in making their own decisions rather than spoon-feeding them.
