DIRECT JOINING NO INTERVIEW CIVIL MECHANICAL ELECTRICAL ENGINEER Job LOCATION KOLKATA civil for mp & TRIPURA Salary 7k to 10k freshers ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES : Taking handovers from the project teams, Snagging and desnagging of entire MEP systems. Overall operation and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems in buildings. Executes daily and monthly HLP reports and energy conservation practices to achieve higher cost efficiency. Organized PPM scheduled for plant machineries, kitchen equipment’s, guest rooms and other facilities in hotel. Operation and maintenance of HT & LT panels. Operation and maintenance of dry & oil type transformers. Operation & maintenance of centralized chiller plants, split ac, window ac. Executes overall firefighting safety systems. Executes operation and maintenance of WTP, STP, RO PLANT. Execute maintenance of Swimming pools, Cooling Towers. Execute Vender works with prepare of job orders and quotations. Execute over all firefighting systems in hotels. Executes outside works through venders. Supervising and undertaking mechanical electrical and plumbing works and complaints in buildings. Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Undertaking new electrical installation works. Handling operation and maintenance of TRF, LT panel, DG and HVAC plant. Executes daily HLP reports and all readings. Maintained and repaired HVAC systems and other building equipment. DETAILS call 8759105532
