Needed for our client who is an Overseas Education Consultancy in Hyderabad. Level of experience: 1-2 years as Receptionist/Front office Executive in Education consulting industry.Must be good with English and Telugu/Hindi communication. Basic Computer Knowledge.Front Office Administration.Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquette and maintaining records for them.Maintaining Inward & Outward registers. Co-ordination with internal as well as external customers / clients.Responding the telephonic calls and carry out the conversations politely and in a timely manner.General co-ordination & correspondence.
