Required for kitchen management ( executive chef) who has good knowledge of various menu items invoving Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil, Telugu and North Indian cuisines,chinese,italian to some standard. More particularly Brahmin cuisines. He must be open minded,innovative and willing to experiment with food. A master at wastage control. Good experience required in time and man management.Above all he must be a team player and a firm believer in the principle that profit for the company in every aspect translates to increased benefit for the employees.
