Require a Head Chef who is experienced in Indian cuisine and is well versed with western presentation. Basically we require a chef who can fuse Indian cuisine with western presentation. The chef should be willing to offer innovative dishes as required and should have a mindset of creating a brand with the dishes we offer. Should be able to manage the kitchen by coordinating with the other members in the team and should have control over the kitchen. Should be self motivating. Should be working as per the standards and maintain the same. Should be able to manage the inventory.
