Job description
Employee Onboarding, training, maintaining HR documentation, ESI,PF workings, Statutory compliances. Handle general admin for a small office set up. Should work with our consultants to get all complaince documents in place, attend client audits. Should have work knowledge of statutory compliance like ESI, PF, Minimum wages, labour laws. Should posses a two wheeler and visit clients for audits. Should be willing to do multitask to be successful in a startup and growing organisation
