About the Employer: Rainbow Homes Delhi is part of a nationwide network of 24/7 shelter and care homes for homeless children, run in cooperation with the State govt, Education dept and Child protection agencies. There are 3 homes for children aged 6 to 18 years (one home each for girls located at Kashmere Gate & Okhla; and one for boys located at Mehrauli) in Delhi, and 2 centers for young adults aged 18+years (both located at Old Deli), with a total of around 400 children under our direct care. OBJECTIVE: To develop a human resource system for the organisation, with end-to-end HR responsibility for a multi-project, multi-organisational setting. Job Description of HR Coord 1. Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties 2. Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) 3. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc) 4. Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes. 5. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations 6. Assist in payroll preparation (Preparation of Salary sheet) by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc) 7. Processing Attendance management, Leave management and preparing absentee at the end of the month. 8. Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures related of employees. 9. Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews. 10. Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees. Assist in sourcing candidates and update our database 11. Recruitment & Induction. End to End recruitment for various positions, Managing entire recruitment life cycle up to Mid senior level, Campus recruitment, Handling Manpower consultants , Formulating recruitment Strategy and managing the entire recruitment Cycle.Headhunting candidates through various portals, Screening Cvs , Short listing for interviews, interviewing, preparing interview assessment sheet, Background Check etc. 12. On boarding & Separations: Verifying documents, dispatching offer letter, developing Joining ToR & JD, Dispatching Appointment letter, taking handover takeover form, exit interview form and no dues certificate from employees before their exit 13. Assisting Project Managers in Internship Programme Management Assisting Project Managers in performance Appraisal while leading the process from start to finish. HR documentation and Book- Keeping as per compliance standards. Job Specification 1.Graduation with HR & Admin Experience of 2-5 years. 2. NGO Experience will be given preference.
