Searching Candidates as per the requirement of the company.Posting and sourcing candidates through various - Job sites, portals, social networking sites.Handle complete recruitment cycle for sourcing the best talent to the company within set timelines.Coordinate with candidates and HRs.Scheduling interviews and follow-ups with candidates.Sourcing & Screening of candidates through Job portals, Mail blasting, professional sites, networking, headhunting, employee references, and self data bank.Follow up on the feedback.Arranging and conducting interviews/shortlisting the right qualitative profile against the given requirements.Maintain connectivity with all the offered candidates till their joining.Counselling students/parents/schools about fellowship programme.Counselling/Training SchoTest employees about different schemes and strategies of the company. Handling clients of the company.
