Job description
1.Conducting the HR induction and get all the joining formalities filled from new joiners2.Updated muster of new joiners / resignations /Identification of need for recruitment3.Handling statuary compliance like pf, Esic, pt, let, gratuity, bonus act, audit documents for internal & external4.maintaining record of all new joiners and their due date for production transfer probation confirmations and annual apprasials5.conduct the exit interviews for claim executive claim anyalst separting from the organization6.prepare the full and final settlement for all separation and submit to finance within one week of leaving the organization
