Roles & Responsibility:- Candidates will be tagged to HDFC security SO & Dealer. Leads will be provided to DCRM & CRM by HDFC security SO & Dealer. Building good relationship with HDFC Sec employees Converting leads into deal Will operate out of HDFC SEC Branch Will manage 1-3 branches and visit every branch twice in a week Update daily activity to supervisor manually or through tab. Should be able to stand up and train HDFC Sec dealers /employees on BSLI products or Process Criteria:- Good communication skill Presentable Industry experience is must 2-5 Yrs exp. Tab is mandatory Offered Designation:-   DCRM - Deputy Client Relationship Manager ( Fix 2.5 Lakh CTC) Non Negotiable   CRM   - Client Relationship Manager ( Fix  3.00 Lakh CTC) Non Negotiable
