Urgently Required Jr./Accountant for Gavan Plant with 2 yrs. exp. Job description : Managing all the business cash, Maintaining daily accoun,Balancing the daily account at the end of each day, Preparing bills for parties fortnightly and getting checked by the MD.Issuing cheques for payments to vendors as per instructions of Management, Following up with Debtors for recovery as per credit period fixed by Management, Keep a track & maintain the same, As well intimate Panvel Office regarding the same, Investigate on returned items to prepare debit note, Keeping a track of employees attendance & leave management, Prepare employees monthly attendance & Assist in preparing salaries as per attendance maintained at site,Managing Advances.
