Job description
Office opening & closing, making sure necessary power switch on/ off as per business requirements. Workstation cleaning, Water Bottle riffling, Pantry Seating Arrangement. Tea Vending Machine replenishment. Assisting Admin Team in keeping records & order ( Housekeeping, Panty & Stationery requirement ). Assisting Admin Team in keeping records & order ( USB,CD’s & Covers etc.). Assisting Front Desk with regards to Courier/Parcel packaging / Reliver or Back up Outdoor duties as per company requirement on daily basis. Assisting Finance Team with paper filling & bank related work. Any other activity assigned by CXO’s/ Management.
