Job description

· Wash and fill all the bottles with clean water daily. · Prepare tea/coffee for all staff or whenever asked. · Warm up the tiffins ,Wash the tiffins of employees. · Serve plates to the employees for lunch. · She is responsible for helping any employees to organize and maintain records · To make photocopies of records and correspondence · Undertaking any other tasks/duties as may be reasonably required. · Taking responsibility of the waiting area. · Helping the maid to keep the work area and all work stations clean & tidy. · Taking care of the needs of the guest coming in office and assisting them to meet the right person in office.
