Job description

Job Description Contact businesses and private individuals by calling to promote products, services. Explain the product or service to potential customers by delivering scripted sales pitch to the customer & fix an appointment. Provide pricing details & convince customers about the benefits. Handle customer queries & concerns. Obtain basic customer information & input details into the dialler. Confirm site visit details. Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers. Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction. Understand & record the requirements of the customers.
