Manage Data Allocated and engage with customers over Voice based contact center solution to solicit Secured and Unsecured Loan Requirement § Deliver Daily Metrics on Average Talk Time, Data to lead, # Calls etc., § Deliver Data Allocated to Pre-Qualified Lead Metric for Secured and Unsecured Loan Product § Engage with Fulfilment team for seam less follow through with Customers for E2E process closure § Deliver on productivity Metric of Data to lead, Lead to login and Login to Disbursement and Revenue Metrics § Manage Relationships with all stakeholders – Customers, FI/Bank Representatives, Sales teams to deliver the desired Metrics § Ensure identification of process gaps are relayed to Business owners for corrective measures
