Welcoming, Check-Ins and Check Out of Guest Maintaining guest records Maintaining reports and reporting to manager. Dealing with bookings through phones, emails, corporates Dealing with complains/problems of guest Maintaining cleanliness in and around reception Report any maintenance, breakage or cleanliness problems to the manager. Increase the occupancy rate though marketing Meeting guest requirements like giving extra bed, water bottles, booking cab, showing guest prasadam area, having knowledge of tourist spots, internet. Maintaining stock reports every monthly
