Job description
The candidate will be provided the details of the customers who install the app and he/she would assist the customer to complete the KYC verification and upload the necessary documents to process the loan. Any doubts/ queries reported by the customer must be addressed. The candidate must track the repayment of the loan by the customer and take necessary actions when the loan isnt repaid back on time. This is an inside office job and no field work is involved.
