_Qualification: _-Experience in Fashion/ Fashion Communication/ Apparels/ Marketing/ Sales/ Management. _Key Responsibilities: _-Welcomes customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.-Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships-Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments-Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends-Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction-Advises customers by providing information on products.-Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions. _Skills: _-Continuously improve through feedback-Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales-Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills-Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills-Relationship management skills and openness to feedback-Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.-Proficient in verbal and written English language-Knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements-Good communication and interpersonal skills-Telephone etiquette-Flexible to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends and overnight shifts _Physical demands: _-This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing.-Pleasing personality Job Type: Full-time Salary: ?20,000.00 to ?40,000.00 /month Experience: work: 1 year (Preferred) Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred) Location: Thane, Maharashtra (Preferred)
