Maintain payment schedules of all types of payments and receivables (phones, credit cards, vendor payments, buyer receivables, rent, salaries etc.) Maintain vouchers and all records on Tally Prepare cheques for on time payments Maintain all books/records of accounts being personal and company on Tally/BRS. All investment records to be recorded and maintained such as mutual funds, FD’s, bonds etc. All tax payments including income tax, service tax, VAT, TDS etc. will have to be maintained. Should have some knowledge of export documentation and procedures. Manage and create MIS reports and should be competent enough to create accounting solutions Should be able to communicate with debtors and creditors Experience should be 10 years and over.
