Job Description Drive URNs aggressively and ensure achievement of targets month on month Signing up travel agents across the region into the affiliate program Responsible to build and sustain travel agent base for distribution expansion for the region Maintain monthly sales tracker, plan and execute market site visits as agreed with region Individually responsible to contribute towards meeting the assigned targets Building new avenues for growth and sustaining the existing ones Suggest and inculcate loyalty/incentive programs & marketing activities in the region in order to ensure revenue growth Demand forecasting and analysis, drive sales statically keeping in view of competitive analysis Responsible for ensuring timely collections from partners in coordination with financ Role & Responsibility Bring demand in OYO owned inventory (SMART/OTH/SWS), which are assigned to him/her. Specific hotels (e.g., 5 hotels which could have mix of SMART, ITH and SWS) will be tagged to the demand manager-hotel sales. Target will be given to the Demand Manager-Hotel sales to bring maximum revenue only in these properties through offline activities. Revenue would include all the elements that can be sold in the property e.g., rooms, banquet/conference hall, meals etc Responsible for timely payments and money collection from partners in coordination with Financ Required Skills Street smartness in identifying the best sources of local demand and how to tap them Relationship building ability with different sources of demand e.g., corporate admins, TAs, touts Daily planning and execution of visits to nearby areas and OYO properties
