11 Positions -1 each in Madurai, Erode, Karur, Tiruppur, Chidambaram, Dindugul, Kumbakonam, Nagercoil, Karaikudi, Theni & Bhubaneswar 1 - 5 years experience in Chimney / Hob / Kitchen Appliances is a must KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Attend the In-House calls. Attend the Dealers (Filed) calls as per PJC’s and get the acknowledgement of Dealers seal& signature in the service call report Maintenance of Tools Segregate the out of warranty & warranty (duly tagged) defects Use of man held the machine for Dealers service Highlight the new/repeated complaints to the Branch In-charge Assisting to Branch In-charge for stock checking/prepare storage in Racks & Spares Indent
