This requires flexibility in being able to adapt training programs according to individual learning styles, and advanced active listening and communications skills. Good Knowledge in Tally (Including GST). To ensure quality training delivery to the students. Engaging and creative training style. Confidence in explaining concept of the topic. Continuous learning and skills up gradation. Knowledge in finance/accounting/ERP/Taxation domain. Experience on Tally as a trainer.
