Job description

Research Developers is having urgent Hiring for the position of Outbound Telecallers. The primary objective of this role is to identify and connect with Ph.D. Scholars. The tele-caller shall be responsible for converting leads to active prospects. Roles and responsibilities1.Identifying new leads and converting them to active accounts2.Making outbound calls based on database provided3. Ensure the database is updated with the relevant information and call notes4. Share necessary product and services information with the prospect and ensure follow up schedule is planned
