Job description
Boost sales by reaching out to existing and potential customers. Explaining the products and services offered by the company. Obtaining customer information and other relevant data. Maintaining daily call & appointment tracking sheet provided. EOD report to be submitted in given format. Resolving concerns and queries. Suggesting solutions based on the customer’s requirements. Maintaining the database of the customers. Attend customer enquiry and pass on to the concerned department.
