• Experience :Fresher's/Experience (0-2 Years)
• Process: Females Customer Support / Telecallers
• Good communication skills, Convincing skills
• Timely Follow-up with the Clients through email and phone
• Responsible for answering 70+ business customer phone calls per day.
• Accurately enter service requests in Pola booking software from phone and email
• Use excellent service and communication skills to work toward a positive resolution for both the customer and Pola cabs
• Increase customer loyalty by providing customers with fast and friendly service.
Ability to ask questions, determine what support the customer requires, and correctly route service requests.
• Accuracy in obtaining customer information for Pola cab database
• Maintain weekly/Monthly reports
