Job description

We are hiring Graduates, fresher/experienced for the Role of Telecallers for our Client in Yelahanka.Candidates who are in and aroundYelahanka and can travel to Yelahanka need only apply.Responsibilities and Duties Handling Inbound & Outbound calls Making follow-up calls, generate walk-ins & application conversion. Guiding the aspirant to reach campus and connect to counsellors. Guiding students in filling the Application form & paying fees. Responsible in resolving applicant's issues. Follow up on pending documents related to admissions. Calling Students/parents in case of non-submission of documents not reported Students. Inform upcoming events/ seminars to students and parents
