Job description

Job Summary1.Understand & able to prepare policies and technical documentation related to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001, GDPR & other ISO Standards. Co-ordinating with Senior Consultant in implementing all the activities which need to take place considering QMS (ISO 9001:2015), (ISMS) ISO 27001, GDPR and other ISO standards. 2.Responsible for preparing user manuals, training materials and guides according to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001, GDPR and other ISO standards. 3. Co-ordinate in both Internal as well as external ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001, ISO 22000 and other ISO standards. 4. Overall responsible for documenting the entire QUALITY PROCESS, implement and maintaining ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001, GDPR standard at client's organisation. Responsibilities and Duties Coordinate with Project Manager / Consultant to develop quality processes, procedures, compliance requirements (for ISO 9001, 1400,18001,22000,27001) & GDPR, HIPAA, PCI, DSS, etc Conduct Risk assessment. Responsible for assessments, gap analysis (against standards and benchmarks), risk mitigation strategy development and implementation. Responsibility in writing and editing technical documentation related to ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 22000, ISO 45001 etc. When creating, updating and enhancing the documentation, He / She will adhere to format, content, styles guidelines, considering quality and accuracy. Co-ordinating with PM / Consultant in implementing all the activities which need to take place considering QMS and ISMS in place. The process requirements for ISO shall be monitored and documented with respect to their frequency of updating. Provides follow up to ensure timely completion of reviews and application changes. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Preferably IT - fieldgraduate fresherslike B.Sc. Computer Science, B.Sc. IT, MCA or any graduates interested in management consulting field. Travelling should not be barrier for job performance. Candidate should be fluent in written and spoken English. Should have Laptop & knowledge of using MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio. Should be presentable in appearance and self-learner. Any previous experience of working in ISO 9001, ISO 27001 standards are advantage. Should be needy & interested to work in ISO Standard related field.
