? Coordinate project phases and schedules in the project plan to ensure timely completion of activities – this would entail coordination with various internal teams closely related in the project as well as with the project manage & stakeholders Arrange support services and track progress Manage logistics for the staffing of the project Reporting and metric generation for the project Assist in tracking the budgeting , spend and saves ? Monitor & maintain a scorecard for the various teams in the project based on their performance and metrics Follow up & tracking of open issues / milestones Updating the project plan & maintaining documentation of all project related activities. KEY SKILLS: ~Excel power point ~power point presetation ~MPP
