Job description

Ø Working with spreadsheets,sales and purchase ledgersand journals. Ø Preparing statutory accounts. Ø Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct. Ø Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries. Ø Managing petty cash transactions. Ø Controlling credit and chasing debt. Ø Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits. Ø Management of petty cash transactions. Ø Controlling credit and ensuring debtors pay on time. Ø Reconciliation of direct debits and finance accounts. Ø Ensuring all payments amounts & records are accurate. Ø Preparation of statutory accounts. Ø Working with journals, sales & purchase ledgers and spreadsheets.
